These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AlphaVitta website and telehealth platform (the "Services"), operated by AlphaVitta Health, Inc. ("AlphaVitta," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
AlphaVitta provides access to independently licensed therapists and psychiatric clinicians via video visits and secure messaging. AlphaVitta itself does not practice medicine or provide clinical care; clinical judgment and treatment decisions rest solely with the licensed clinician providing your care.
You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a state where AlphaVitta has licensed clinicians available to use the Services, unless enrolled through a specifically authorized program.
Telehealth involves the use of video and messaging technology to deliver care remotely. As with any technology, there are limits, including the possibility of technical failures, interruptions, or security breaches. By using the Services, you consent to receiving care via telehealth, understanding these limitations.
AlphaVitta is not designed or staffed to respond to medical or psychiatric emergencies, including active suicidality, homicidality, or psychosis. If you are experiencing an emergency, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
Where clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable law, a psychiatric clinician may prescribe medication, including certain controlled substances, subject to state and federal telehealth prescribing rules. Not all medications can be prescribed via telehealth in every state.
Fees for the Services are described at the time of enrollment and may vary based on your plan, state, and insurance coverage. You authorize AlphaVitta to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees. [Insert specific billing cycle and insurance claims process.]
You may cancel your plan at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. [Insert your specific cancellation window, refund policy, and late-cancellation or no-show fee policy.]
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaVitta's liability arising from your use of the Services is limited as described in this section. [Insert your finalized limitation of liability language, reviewed by counsel for enforceability in each applicable state.]
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable state telehealth or consumer protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
